Housed in a former textile factory, our project embraced the narrative of “Redefining a Vision of Utopia.” In the guest rooms, this concept comes to life through Bauhaus-inspired drapery patterns, bold graphic wood veneers, and bespoke furniture, all thoughtfully integrated to balance style and comfort.

The design prioritizes a warm, inviting residential atmosphere, where every aspect of the guest’s journey through the room is carefully considered. The building’s original architecture was celebrated and adapted, with deep window bays transformed into cozy window seats—perfect for enjoying views of the lush courtyard, the cityscape beyond, or simply curling up with a book.
