Nestled within a restored 17th-century textile warehouse of the Sir Devonshire Square hotel, the interior of Seven North harmoniously blends the hotel’s narrative with the cuisine and essence of the Seven North brand. Designed by Maison 191 under the direction of Samuel Wright, the space draws inspiration from Mediterranean, French, German, and Italian cuisines, creating a dining experience that is both rustic and refined.

The expansive dining area features an open kitchen at its heart, reminiscent of bustling marketplace eateries. Bespoke wooden tables and a mix of chairs foster a relaxed, communal atmosphere, while leather banquettes and booths, detailed wood joinery, and elegant lighting add sophistication.

Wooden louvres soften the light in the glasshouse that links the restaurant to the garden terrace, casting dappled patterns over the central bar, which spans two levels to offer both casual drinking and dining experiences. A fireplace with a textured plaster breast and marble and sapelle hearth serves as a focal point, creating a cozy lounge-dining atmosphere.

The ‘Utopian’ narrative of the hotel is echoed in the large curved seating booths, fireplace, and built-in banquettes surrounded by patterned tiled planters. This thoughtful integration of design elements creates a cohesive and inviting environment, inviting guests to experience a harmonious blend of history, comfort, and style.

Echoing the spirit of the original Seven North in Vienna, the London location is a celebration of shared moments, where design and cuisine converge to create a memorable and engaging environment.
